The France national football team (French: Équipe de France de football) represents France in men's international football and is governed by the French Football Federation (Fédération Française de Football, FFF). France is one of the world's most successful national football teams, having won the FIFA World Cup twice — in 1998 on home soil and in 2018 in Russia. They were also runners-up in 2006 and 2022.
